Why is your name Providence

Because we believe that God is providing for people something new through our health centre, just as spoken by his prophet Isaiah.

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. (Isaiah 43v19)

How do I pay membership/consultation fees?

We accept e-transfer, personal cheque, and cash. The simplest way to pay your membership fees is e-transfer, however we will be accepting cheque or cash as well if they are delivered to our office in Winchester or to FRST Fitness gym.

Do you offer emergency care services?

We do not offer emergency care. If you believe you are having a health emergency, we encourage you to dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are unsure whether your health problem is an emergency, you can access our member's only telehealth line and our health consultant will help guide you in making the best decision about how to seek medical care.

What kinds of insurance do you accept?

We are unable (at this time) to bill directly to insurance, but will be happy to provide receipts to assist you submitting an insurance claim.

What is included in a health consultation?

We offer three main categories of consultation, but all three categories can also be included in a single consultation. Our primary areas of consultation are health monitoring, lifestyle, and educational. Depending on the need, we will also offer some point of care blood or urine tests.
