Providence Health Centre (PHC) is committed to protecting the Personal Information that is disclosed to us. We will always share with you, our practices with respect to how we gather and use information.  The PHC Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of information collected through our Site, our social media and how that information may be used or shared by us or third parties.
